Hello there, friend,
I used to worry all the time that I was going to fail. I'd walk around, fretful and wringing my hands, saying, "I feel like such a failure." The refrain played in my head all the time. I got nothing done, and never slept. It went on for years.
The only way I was able to move past it was learning to love myself, no matter what failures or achievements I had. The truth is, it doesn't matter how many times we fail, and it doesn't matter what we can achieve. Those are only things we do; they are not who we are.
Last year I came across the proverb that says, "Fall down seven times; stand up eight." I was so relieved. We will all fall down. But we have to be able to stand up again, no matter how many times.
