Hello there, friend,

This weekend was about finding: finding myself at the movie theater with my family on a rainy Saturday, finding clothes that fit, finding time to plan our upcoming move, finding old art supplies in an unopened drawer as we packed, finding a new cocktail recipe, finding rest when my son put me down for a late afternoon nap (and reminded me to not open the door!).

This morning, what I found was a quote from Rilke I had long forgotten, but one that is certainly appropriate now:
Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves, like locked rooms and like books that are now written in a very foreign tongue. Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given you because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps you will then gradually, without noticing it, live along some distant day into the answer.
Let's embrace the questions and the living and all the things we find along the way. Let's have a great week!
